House of Wax (2005), Jaume Collet-Serra

Genre: Horror
Overall Rating:
(out of 5)
This movie has pretty bad acting that kind of ruins the rest of the movie.  However, this has quality in that it'd be fun to watch with friends on a scary movie night.  Its not scary, per-say, but its visuals and special effects are fantastic.

Carly Jones (Elisha Cuthbert): Just a girl.  She seemed to forget that she had her finger chopped off in the beginning.
Nick Jones (Chad Michael Murray): Carly's brother who tries a little too hard to attack the murderous brothers instead of running away with his sister.
Paige Edwards (Paris Hilton): I'm not gonna pull the typical "I hate Paris" thing... but really.  She IS a bad actress.

This is the one section I'm not going to bash. I'm a horror film fanatic, and a lot of their graphics were stunning. They were also creative in their attack methods.
